Objective 1: Individualized Technical Assistance to Grantees In January, CSG Justice Center staff learned that PADOC had not yet posted the job positions. The deputy secretary for the Office of Field Services has been out of the office, so the team has been unable to move forward with hiring. The deputy district director of the Pittsburgh District Office approved the final position description and format, and it will be ready to be posted once leadership approves. The deputy district director of the Pittsburgh District Office will follow up with HR for an update. PADOC continued to work on the Pennsylvania Criminal Justice Advisory Board Conference presentation to promote the program. CSG Justice Center staff helped PADOC build a data tracking tool for case managers to track data throughout the program. PADOC is going to create a list of different types of violations and sanctions to include in the drop-down lists in the tool (spreadsheet). Once the spreadsheet is complete, PADOC will pilot it with the annuitants currently providing case management services to determine if there is anything that needs to be amended or added before case managers begin using the tool for the program.Â
