Topics discussed included an overview of Phase I and Phase II technical assistance in Minnesota, review of the Scope of Work (SOW) and Letter of Interest (LOI), and future implementation efforts with next steps. Discussion included details on Minnesotaâs previous workload study, a presentation from the State of Oregon (Denise Sitler) regarding the stateâs experience with their own workload study, and how an updated workload study could be developed and implemented under the committeeâs legislative requirements. (10 people in attendance, representing 3 agencies) 12/06: Video call to create a subgroup to focus on the outcomes required by the CSAC and develop strategies for completing the work. The subgroup will meet and report progress back to the CSTS committee. The group further reviewed and discussed the CSTS Executive Committee's annual probation survey on outcomes and how those metrics linked to the existing data system. A future agenda item will be to discuss the reports in more detail. (13 people in attendance, representing 3 agencies)Â
