Priority Area 1: Facilitate a Working Group to finalize and implement administrative policy and practice changes identified during the Phase I process.
Update:?
In December, CSG Justice Center staff met on site with the implementation working group to continue?discussing the development of a new behavior modification grid and to brainstorm initial implementation plans and next steps. Based on feedback from working group members, the work on the grid was paused, and the group focused on discussing future priorities and where?changes to the behavior modification grid fall. The working group agreed on the need to develop priorities given their resource constraints and the required tasks of the Community Supervision Advisory Committee. Outlining such priorities will be a focus for future meetings.
Priority Area 2:?Assist the existing?Court Services Tracking System (CSTS) data committee in developing a core set of supervision outcomes to measure supervision success across delivery systems.
?Update:?
From October to December, CSG Justice Center staff met with Minnesota?s three delivery system representatives to continue discussing the CSTS data committee?s efforts to develop a set of supervision outcomes to measure supervision success.
