Healing Conversations is a transformative and vital series, where the power of empathy and emotional support converge with the pursuit of justice. Guided by a licensed therapist, this unique program has been thoughtfully designed to bolster the efforts of the Emmett Till Cold Case Investigations and Prosecution Program grantees. At the heart of "Healing Conversations" lies the recognition that unresolved trauma and collective pain continue to reverberate through generations affected by historical injustices. In the quest for truth and justice surrounding the Emmett Till Cold Case Investigations and Prosecutions Program, we acknowledge the profound impact these investigations can have on those involved and the communities they represent. This online gathering offers a safe and confidential space for grantees, investigators, and individuals closely connected to the case to explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges. Through compassionate listening and a nurturing environment, our licensed therapist will provide support tailored to the unique needs of each participant.
