The NRCP provides restorative justice practitioners with individualized support in restorative skills, frameworks, and programmatic implementation. One-on-one coaching is delivered by restorative justice leaders who have a depth of experience from a wide range of restorative justice contexts. Coaching aims to deepen the innate capabilities and confidence of practitioners nationwide.
Individuals currently involved in implementing, participating, or supporting restorative justice programming are eligible to receive coaching. Each practitioner will receive up to 10 hours of coaching, scheduled over a six-month period in collaboration with their assigned coach. Thanks to funding provided by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), practitioners can benefit from coaching sessions at no cost.

- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
