CJI is collaborating with CSG and BJA to assess the impact of JRI. This includes creating briefs documenting JRI outcome information from a sub-set of JRI states. We submitted four briefs to BJA detailing the JRI efforts in Alaska, Oklahoma, Nevada, and Maryland. BJA. After receiving feedback from BJA, we made edits to those four briefs. We will make further edits next quarter once we receive the next round of feedback. CJI received approval from BJA on briefs detailing JRI efforts in Alaska, Oklahoma, and Maryland. We are working with CSG to prepare the briefs to post on the JRI website. We also made edits to the brief on the JRI effort in Nevada based on feedback from BJA. We will make further edits next quarter once we receive additional feedback. We have continued working on a brief on the JRI effort in Tennessee. This quarter, we completed a draft of this brief and began editing it. We expect to submit it to BJA for review next quarter. Finally, we continued to work with CSG on the JRI website. We regularly reviewed the JRI website for content updates and made additional updates at BJA’s request in conjunction with CSG. CJI received feedback from BJA on the brief detailing the JRI efforts in Nevada. CJI edited the brief based on that feedback. We will make further edits as needed once we receive additional feedback. We have continued working on a brief on the JRI effort in Tennessee. This quarter, we completed a draft of this brief and transferred it into the template. We are in the final editing stages and expect to submit it to BJA for review next quarter. Finally, we continued to work with CSG on the JRI website. We regularly reviewed the JRI website for content updates and made additional updates at BJA’s request in conjunction with CSG. In addition, the CJI communications team is developing and drafting promotional content for the State Assessments and the JRI website which will rollout next quarter and in early 2025. These efforts will include nine social media posts and graphics, and a nine-part video series. Both efforts are in CJI’s internal review process. CJI submitted a brief on the JRI effort in Tennessee. This brief is currently awaiting BJA review. Once it is finalized, CJI will work with CSG to upload it to the JRI website. CJI also continued to work with CSG on the JRI website. We reviewed the JRI website for content updates and held discussions with CSG and BJA about additional materials or content to add to the website.
