The PDMP TTAC team regularly coordinates conference calls for PDMP administrators to connect and discuss issues, such as system enhancements, technical assistance, and promising practices. Below is a listing of some of the conference call that PDMP TTAC staff members facilitated and participated:
1. Three conference calls with representatives from PDMPs that control most aspects of their PDMP in-house instead of utilizing a vendor. Discussions focused on user interfaces, PDMP reports, and analytics.
2. Two conference calls with representatives from the eHealth Exchange, BJA, ONC, and CDC. Discussions focused on integrating eHealth Exchange network providers with the RxCheck Hub and status updates on signing a Data Support and Reciprocal Support Agreement (DURSA).
3. Three conference calls with representatives from IJIS and Tetra Corporation to discuss status, progress, and support on interstate data sharing and integration projects related to the RxCheck Hub.
4. One conference call with representatives from New Brunswick Province in Canada to discuss PDMPs and cross-border data sharing with other Canadian provinces and U.S. PDMPs.
5. Two conference calls with representatives from Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) on patient matching across the spectrum of health records.
6. Two conference calls with multiple PDMP administrators to discuss policies and processes to ensure compliance with PDMP-related regulations and statutes.
7. Three conference calls with representatives from CDC and Indian Health Services on health record integration.
8. Two conference calls with IIR/Overdose Fatality Review (OFR) Team TTA providers and OFR grantees in reference to OFR teams accessing PDMP data.
9. One conference call with representatives from the Office of the Inspector General to discuss PDMP policies, procedures, and capabilities.
10. Four conference calls with PDMP representatives to make recommendations to revise the current Performance Measurements for the BJA Harold Rogers grants.
