As part of CHJ's intensive TTA, individual calls will be scheduled with new FY22 grantees. Initial introductory calls included discussion about: the grantees project and deflection initiative; identifying top priorities the grantee have for their program over the next 3-6 months; and discussion to determine at what level of readiness is the grantee’s program currently at to implement these priorities.
Introductory meeting 2/14 to discuss project and identify solutions to challenges. Team is in the early stages of launching program activities. CHJ directed the team to their grant manager for any questions regarding approved usage of grant funding, and encouraged the team to reach out to CHJ staff for any further resource needs that might arise as their project progresses.
