JOIN US June 28, 2023 at 3pm ET for the next entry in our "Murder 101" webinar series, "Trial Strategy and Preserving the Record." Presented by Tulsa County DA Steve Kunzweiler, this webinar is excellent for building the skills of newer complex homicide and capital prosecutors.

Approaching your first capital or complex homicide trial is a challenging task, even if you have previously tried other cases before a jury. Particularly for homicides and capital-eligible cases, there are particular considerations when framing your trial strategy, while also preserving the record for any appellate issues down the line. This webinar will provide concrete skills, tips, and considerations to take with you out of the classroom and into the courtroom.

This webinar is intended for prosecutors and related professionals such as investigators and victim witness advocates only. Registrants may be asked to verify their employment information prior to the webinar.
