On May 25, 2023, at 2:00pm ET, the RVCRI team will host the second Rural Roundtable – a peer networking event for RVCRI grantees to come together and discuss narcotics trafficking.
During this event, we will:
1. Hear from Chief James MacGillis, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, Police Department, on his experience addressing narcotics-related offenses and working within a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA)
2. Receive two RVCRI program presentations:
a. Hancock County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office – Deputy Eric Scott
b. Ashland, Alabama, Police Department – Chief Joseph Stanford
3. Facilitate an open discussion based on the presentations given and topics discussed
