• NCPCV will establish an advisory board for the NLEHWN.
o Identify up to eight possible advisory board members, to select no more than five
board members to serve on the advisory board for this project, in conjunction with
IIR.
o Once board members are identified, due diligence checks will be conducted by IIR to
ensure the appropriateness of the member.
o Proposed advisory board members shall be approved by IIR.
o Advisory board members shall sign an NDA for the term of the project. The NDA
will be approved by IIR.
o IIR will be included as an advisory board member.
• Timeline:
o To be completed within the first 30 days of signing the SOW.
2.2 Develop Meetings and Outcomes:
• Convene the advisory board members to support the development of the proof-of-concept
plan. Conduct up to three meetings over the project period. Meeting logistics and
agendas will be discussed during standing meetings with IIR. Any formal

• During board meetings, assess the current challenges that law enforcement agencies face
in addressing health and wellness needs, gaps in service, and explore sustainment funding
opportunities. Challenges and sustainment funding opportunities shall be documented in
a report to IIR. If significant discussions are planned outside the board meetings with
board members, IIR should have a representative in those discussions.

delivered to IIR.
• Timeline:

meetings will occur as needed.
