Call with Brian 7/30. Discuss programmatic updates and identified mentoring needs: connect with a police chief who can talk to his chief peer-to-peer and with a mentor doing active outreach. It was decided that at this time Yellow Line Project is not a good fit, but Philadelphia PAD would be. Future TA needs discussed include the potential to do an onsite training offering an overview of deflection and first responder diversion and a connection to a program doing mobile outreach. Further TA (outside of mentoring) TBD.
No further TA needed outside of mentoring initiative with Philadelphia PAD. (9/15/21)
