This was support for the eight states that had not drawn down their FY18, FY19 and FY20 Byrne JAG awards because of the immigration-related litigation. DOJ implemented new policy and posted new FAQs. We held two group calls with BJA staff and NCJA staff was in regular contact with the individual states before and during this period.
