During this reporting period, the main accomplishment has been providing role clarity and resources to properly kick off this site base TTA. This includes timeline and implementation template overview and initial template development from the site. Extensive discussion was conducted regarding the role of the coach and how the function of the coach can be used to assist the site in implementation. At this time, the implementation plan is being developed by the site and next steps include review of the template and identification of what activities will need further consultation assistance. There are no identified challenges or hurdles at this time that threat successful completion.
