This quarterly call with the Innovator Counties provided the counties an overview of plans for the Stepping Up call to action to Set, Measure, Achieve and gave the counties an update on the prevalence reduction guidance document and the Four Key Measures data dashboard. The counties also had time to share their accomplishments and challenges. Items that were addressed were tracking connections to care after release from jail, using a county-wide ROI for information-sharing, county declarations of racism as a public health issue, and making the business case for interventions designed to reduce the prevalence of mental illness in jails.
