The subaward to IJIS Institute and its subawardee, Tetrus Consulting, Inc., was fully executed during this reporting period. The work conducted by the IJIS Institute and Tetrus during the reporting period is detailed below. Project Management: Recurring project management activities continued during the last 6 months of 2020, including oversight and administration and reviewing and approving monthly invoices of subcontractors such as Tetra Ventures, Tom Carlson Consulting, and Richard Gold legal services. Regular updates were prepared including periodic connection maps, PowerPoint status reports, and Excel spreadsheets and distributed to representatives from TTAC, CDC, and BJA. Monthly progress reports were also prepared and provided to IIR. An RxCheck Hub upgrade and corresponding notification were rolled out, which also included a few enhanced capabilities. IJIS worked with Appriss to ensure that Appriss had sufficient time to update all its RxCheck clients SRSs. The new hub was moved to production in October 2021 after all states were upgraded and no loss of service was experienced. RxCheck also completed the nine enhancements that were funded through the Nebraska Health information Initiative. Although those enhancements were approved by the RxCheck Governance Board during the last period, IJIS and Tetrus also reviewed them during the September Governance Board meeting. To support these enhancements, a new RxCheck Hub version (3.0) had to be built, and a new test environment with more capacity was also created to enable states to test the enhancements before going live. An announcement to the states and their vendors, along with supporting documentation, was developed for the rollout of Hub 3.0. The announcement will be released in early 2021. RxCheck will allow sufficient time for the vendors/states to prepare for the upgrade so there will be no loss of service. The current Hub will continue to function, however; after the conversion, states using version 3.0 will not be able to use the new features to communicate with states still using Hub 2.0.
