USVI has requested TA for developing a strategic plan in order to receive JAG funding for 2020. In addition, to assistance in development of a strategic plan, NCJA will also be assisting in the creation, dissemination, and collection of a stakeholder survey to better inform their planning process.
NCJA created and disseminated survey to stakeholders, analyzed results and presented to USVI LEPC staff. SAA changed from Ray Martinez to Angela Campbell. NCJA continues to reconnect with new SAA.

NCJA was contacted in early 2020 regarding assistance in helping the USVI LEPC develop a strategic plan and stakeholder survey. However the USVI LEPC was tremendously impacted by COVID and responsibilities for the delivery of CESF funded services. Contact was made in December of 2020 and this work has now re-started.
Meetings were held with the LEPC leadership team. Sample strategic plans were provided. NCJA also conducted a stakeholder survey which provided data on key priorities for the development of a strategic plan.
