Met with larger NCRJ team (including our partners at UVM and USD) to form a plan for a multi-circle process to gather information from key stakeholders for the Course Mapping and Evaluation of the Master of Arts in Restorative Justice (MARJ) program at VLS.
Completed six circle processes to gather information from the NCRJ full team, RJ students and faculty, the Advisory Board, and the Executive Board of the NACRJ on what students graduating from the MARJ program should be able to “know, do, and value." Each circle was recorded to later analyze for themes.
Recordings of the circle processes were watched and analyzed for themes. New Program Learning Outcomes were then drafted based on those themes.
