Project Management: Recurring project management activities continued including oversight and administration, reviewing and approving monthly invoices of subcontractors (Tetra Ventures; Tom Carlson Consulting and Richard Gold legal services). Regular updates and status reports were provided to BJA and the CDC. Monthly progress reports were also prepared and provided to IIR. Periodic status reports, maps, power point and excel spreadsheet were prepared and distributed to TTAC, CDC and BJA.
During this reporting period 16 states were onboarded and went live in RxCheck, making the total of connected states 32. Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) were negotiated and executed with 12 states. Six states signing MOUs during this period are now live and another 6 are still onboarding. Also, fourteen entities have integrated or are onboarding in RxCheck. This includes 11 Electronic Health Records (EHR) entities and 3 statewide Health Information Exchanges (HIEs). The addition of these integrations includes more than 4,264 facilities and more than 17,812 providers.
The RxCheck Hub was redesigned to be able to support enhancements approved by the RxCheck Governance Board. The enhancements were demonstrated to the member states in the winter of 2020. Following the demonstration, the new hub and features were put into the UAT environment for members to test at will. On May 27, 2020, the new hub was moved to Production. Ongoing maintenance work was conducted on a continual basis.
