The PDMP TTAC team regularly coordinates conference calls for PDMP Administrators to connect and discuss issues such as system enhancements, technical assistance, and promising practices. During the reporting period, TTAC staff held three compliance conference calls that brought together interested PDMP Administrators to discuss concerns or issues and seek a solution through a consensus of ideas.
TTAC staff conducted six calls during the reporting period to explore the issue of patient matching. The calls included representatives from PDMPs and ONC, and researchers to discuss potential solutions to the issue of matching PDMP records to the correct patient.
TTAC staff also participated in the Regional Judicial Opioid Initiative PDMP subcommittee meeting during this reporting period and, at their request, facilitated several of the subcommittee calls to identify best practices for interstate data sharing among PDMPs.
