Communicated with presenter George Brauchler through his assistant to organize the webinar training, determine the best dates and times to hold the webinar, and go over the preferred outline/content of the webinar. Outlined objectives of webinar to presenter.
This webinar dry run was so that our presenter could familiarize himself with the Adobe Connect presentation software and ensure that he understood the controls and procedures ahead of our webinar. A BJA NTTAC representative explained the webinar procedure to us, providing a timeline from start to finish of what to expect, answering any questions we had at the end. The entire dry run lasted about half an hour.
The presenter provided APA with his Powerpoint deck so that we could add grant information to it before supplying it to NTTAC for final edits. These final edits included 508 compliance.
Future plans include providing this and other Capital Litigation webinar Powerpoints as online and downloadable resources for prosecutors. APA is currently working on the best mechanism to make these resources available online.
