The Pueblo of Sandia requested an onsite assessment of current HTWC operations. The Pueblo of Sandia is a traditional Pueblo Court system; utilizing tribal officials to preside over judical cases. Request was made by Tribal Court Administrator. Request also included training on the 10 Key Components/NADCP Standards and Team Dynamics.
A two day onsite was conducted June 20-21, by TLPI staff Kristina Pacheco & TLPI consultant Jill Campoli. Day 1 consisted of staffing and court observation. A brief debrief was held at the end of the day, as the 1st Lt. Governor/HTWC Judge & Tribal Administrator would not be in attendance the next day. Day 2 consisted of training on the 10 Key Components/NADACP Standards and Team Dynamics.
