As part of a broader TTA, leadership, and collaboration needs assessment of the DOJ-funded ECM Human Trafficking Task Forces, IACP conducted a site visit with the law enforcement, prosecution, and victim services agencies of the Kentucky Statewide Human Trafficking Task Force. One IACP staff and one John Jay College of Criminal Justice staff were on-site, to obtain information on task force structure, operations, and TTA needs. This site visit was conducted in Frankfort, KY on March 12-13, 2019.
