The SWOT analysis will be conducted using electronic surveying and phone interviews. Based on the outcome of the assessments, in consultation with BJA, IACP will develop/enhance/refine training for delivery to the ECM task forces.

As part of a broader TTA, leadership, and collaboration needs assessment of the DOJ-funded ECM Human Trafficking Task Forces, IACP conducted a site visit with the law enforcement, prosecution, and victim services agencies of the Central Arizona United to Stop Exploitation. This site visit was conducted in Phoenix, AZ, on April 3-4, 2010.
