The Red Lake Minnesota Band of Chippewa Indians requeste assistance to enhance information sharing processes across its departments, specifically through the creation of a systems implementation/IT strategic plan. BJA NTTAC is working to idenify a provider and coordiante technical assistance
Currently, Red Lake has invested in a case management system called RiteTrack. However, only one department (employment services) is fully utilizing the system. Other departments, such as the courts and juvenile services, have continued to use paper-based processes or other systems for data capture. Law enforcement also uses their own system, which does not interface with RiteTrack. Individuals onsite have cited the lack of a defined strategy and project manager as a major barrier to information sharing success.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
