Law Enforcement Sensitive
Over the last several years, law enforcement agencies, school districts, private companies and the community at large have dealt with a variety of active shooter situations. These incidents have been increasing over the last year and have occurred at shopping malls, schools, and other public events. A debrief of these incidents show they differ in suspect background, timing of day, pre-event activities etc. This webinar will shift the discussion to focus on those initial characteristics that lead to these mass shooting events.
Participants will learn the common characteristics in these events including disruptive events, not-normal activities and how to determine normal from not normal.
