The event was scheduled for December 12, 2017 and in order to ensure it happened we had to work collaboratively to compile a list of prosecutors who would offer thoughtful suggestions about how prosecutors can contribute to the enforcement and meaningful implementation of the right to counsel. We emailed selected person, confirmed their attendance, provided information about the event, designed an agenda and schedule, had the space reserved, made sure all vital parties were available, signed in participants and monitored the discussions - asking questions when necessary.
