The Baltimore, Maryland Police Department (PD) requested technical assistance to assess and improve it's crime-fighting strategies and tactics. The PD identified Sean Malinowski and his team of subject matter experts as a technical assistance provider. BJA NTTAC worked with Dr. Malinowski to develop a Statement of Work (SOW) for a new engagement, and technical assistance was delivered between January and June 2018.
The Baltimore, Maryland Police Department is seeking technical assistance to assess and improve its crime-fighting strategies and tactics. Through this TA, the agency hopes to identify and implement strategies and tactics that reduce crime, particularly violent crime, both short-term and long-term.
